Meenah Nehme is a visual artist whose work seamlessly integrates movement, performance, experience, and technology. She has had the pleasure of performing on stages such as Radio City Music Hall, where she performed Andrea Miller’s SAMA, and at the Skirball Cultural Center, where she featured in Mikee Ellis’ A Moment Between Breaths. A lover of performance, Meenah is always seeking opportunities to bring her versatile and captivating artistry to new audiences, often stepping outside traditional stages to engage and learn more in unique settings.

Before relocating to New York, she danced in Matt Luck’s x2 and Chelsea Thedinga's Swan Song, both filmed in Los Angeles. In New York, Meenah has delved deeper into the fusion of dance and technology. While earning her BFA in Dance at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, she connected with cari ann shim sham, who introduced her to the endless possibilities of combining visual performance arts and technology. Meenah has since showcased her technical prowess in stop-motion animation, live feed cameras, film, and innovative projections through her works Edd, A Thought Loop, and Industrial Form. She also contributed to Yilin Zhang and Derek Chan's project Impermanence, as a performer utilizing motion capture and volumetric capture.

Meenah is currently dancing for Rylan Joenk in part of their WADE-Pride Residency and collaborating with cari ann shim sham,  Demetris Charalambous and Karsen Tengan  on  project, <dance prompts> AI Choreographer, which they have recieved the Collaborative Impact Grant awarded by Tisch Initiative for Creative Research

Whether on stage, outdoors, or through the lens of technology, Meenah continues to explore new ways to blend performance with discovery, collaboration, and artistic expression. With her passion for play and collaboration, Meenah continues to explore new horizons in the arts to challenge artistry and entertainment.
